Lorini - Senior Beauty Therapist
Lorini is our newest team member and wow does she have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all areas of beauty therapy (coming up 14 years to be exact!). Lorini came to NZ to join our team from her Spa Manager role in Fiji, so we are so lucky to have her on board to provide you with outstanding beauty therapy treatments and customer service!
She has trained in beauty therapy in both Fiji and Australia and she looooves massage! She is also an EXPERT when it comes to our Pure Fiji product brand, and how cool is this, she has played high-end womens rugby! Lorini is an absolute gem and she can’t wait to get to know each and every one of our clients!
Lauren - Senior Beauty Therapist
Lauren is another of our outstanding Senior Beauty Therapists! She has worked in several clinics throughout Australia, and we are so lucky to have her on board, following her recent move to New Zealand, where she has settled into a farming lifestyle! She is super keen to travel our beautiful country, so if you have any destination suggestions and must see attractions, let us know!
Lauren is extremely passionate about Advance Facials and working with skincare solutions! She is loving working with our OBSERV Skin Scanner to help clients improve the health of their skin!
She loves making clients glow with spray tanning, and is very clued up with our professional tanning and suncare ranges, including Sunescape and Coola, as they are Australian brands.
Molly - Intermediate Beauty Therapist
Our lovely Molly came from Hawkes Bay to join our team, and she is a star! She trained at the NZ Institute of Electrolysis and Beauty Therapy with Annabelle Taylor, right here in Palmy, so she knows our region well, and is having a ball working her magic with our clients to help them look and feel beautiful!
Molly loves working with our Joyce Blok range, and has an incredible understanding of this wonderful brand, after attending Joyce Blok skincare training! She is also an expert in detailed skin analysis and really understands skin types and how to achieve amazing results! Molly LOVES electrolysis and offers FREE consultations for this service.
Molly is a busy bee both within her beauty therapy career and spare time, as she is horse mad and is currently training for an event!!!
Belinda - Operations Extraodinaire
Meet our ‘Super Woman’!!! Everyone needs a Super Woman to make sure things run smoothly..and this is exactly what Belinda does for our team!! She is the icing on the cake when it comes to ensuring our background systems are efficiently charging along! She is a positive force of nature for our team, and is often the one who greets our beautiful clients, and your first point of contact when you phone up to book an appointment!
Belinda is a Manawatuian through and through, as she grew up here and is extremely passionate about all our region has to offer! She is an accountant by trade, having worked in government, corporate and local businesses, including Parliamentary Service, Telstra Saturn and Toyota New Zealand in accounting roles.
Her favourite luxurious skin product brands are our Decleor and Pure Fiji ranges! Pure Fiji because of the delicious fragrances available in the range, and the ultimate moisturising effects the exotic nut oils give your skin, and Decleor because of the perfect balance of aromatherapy and science that are used to create products for every skin type.
Outside of work Belinda is a busy mum to two girls, and when she has spare time she loves getting stuck into her garden, or catching up with family and friends! Her favourite place to escape to is Ohope Beach, which she goes to every year!
Una - Senior Beauty Therapist
Those who have already met our beautiful Una will agree she is one of the loveliest people you will meet! She is a shining star among our team!
Una did her training in Fiji at the South Pacific Academy of Beauty Therapy in 2000. She worked in several resorts in Fiji for 5 and a half years, and was given the opportunity to do a Pure Fiji course in 2005, after being awarded Staff Member of the Month.
In 2006 Una made her big move to Palmerston North to continue and extend her knowledge in beauty therapy with us, and to provide her experience here in our region. Una feels she has successfully fulfilled her dreams in the beauty therapy industry, and loves providing outstanding service to her regular and new clients, with the knowledge she has gained throughout her career.
Una has done almost 17 years of beauty therapy, and during this time she has built a fantastic reputation for delivering amazing treatments, working with her hands. She loves spa rituals like body treatments, massages, including deep tissue, hot stone, and warm sea shell, facials and brows.
Una is one of our outstanding Pure Fiji experts, and is also a pro when it comes to Joyce Blok products and facials.
Una’s motto is ‘she works her magic to make you FEEL BEAUTIFUL! She loves pampering clients with relaxing treatments so they can unwind and forget about everyday stresses during their time at Pania Ryan Beauty Retreat.
Laura - Mobile Makeup Artist
Laura is our Mobile Makeup Artist extraordinaire! Fully qualified in our beautiful makeup range, Quoi, Laura is an absolute master at her work, creating stunning looks for all occasions!
Throughout her training, Laura has had amazing opportunities to work with some of the highest recognised makeup artists in the industry, including doing master classes with Rae Morris and Jazz Pampling!
She has also worked her magic many times on models for photo shoots with our brilliant, local photographer, Kim Sargent!
As well as creating beautiful makeup for clients, Laura has also trained in our Joyce Blok and Decleor skincare ranges, so she is very well educated in knowing what products will help clients achieve healthy, glowing skin!
As well as being passionate about beauty and makeup, Laura has another extremely important passion…her absolutely gorgeous, 1 & a 1/2 year old son, Lukas! Laura loves spending time with her family, and enjoying the outdoors!
